To Avail Career opportunities for unplaced Engineers in Nashik MIDC , via Trainee cum Skill Development Process in Partnership with Local SME & MSMEs. ( Area 5 MIDCs = Satpur , Ambad, Sinnar , Gonde & Dindori ).

Why

Nashik has 12 BE. Engineering Collages & 22 Diploma Institutes, which created almost 1,500 Resources yearly. Only 25% off this get Quality Placement opportunities, rest are open to Market as Trainee Engineers with limited Knowledgebase. If 50% of this go through a Nashik Industries Sector specific Domain Trainee Pregame with Skill Development , nashik will overcome Quality Resources issues at the entry level. This will indirectly help in Employment Opportunities & upcoming New industries Resources Ecosystem.

A centralize process of Testing & judging exiting Domain & Knowledgebase of Young Engineers, in Partnership with Leading Industrial Associations & TPOs, making unskilled Engineers Skilled with Trainee cum Placement program of 12 Months Duration..

  • List of SME & MSME Industries by Associations.
  • NIMA – Link for online Trainee Forms Submission.
  • Centralize Test centre College.
  • Written Test : Domain + Aptitude & GD&T.
  • Or TOPs will shortlist Candidates on Domain via internal IQ Test Merit List.
  • Merit List – A. Will be absorbed on Stipend. B . Without Stipend.
  • Industrial Associations member Companies will absorb 2 Trainee Engineers each.
  • Trainee Duration: 6 + 6 Months.
  • On Role on Performance Appraisal.

The Factory Owners can apply-Request to the Committee for Advice, Mediate or legal Support.
